  • Shipping Options: Orders $100+ qualify for free Express Australia Post services. Orders under $100 - $12 for Australia Post Standard Registered Post or $15 for Australia Post Express.
  • Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day from our Leederville HQ. Orders placed before 2pm AWST on a business day will be sent out the same day, while orders after 2pm will be dispatched the following business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your package is sent.
  • Delivery Time: Please allow up to 2 - 5 business days for metro areas and 5 - 10 business days for rural areas.
  • Delivery Hours: Deliveries occur between 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday only. We do not post on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Product Availability: Each order is subject to product availability, and orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Standard Shipping: $12 on orders under $100, expect delivery in 5-10 business days.
    • Express Parcel Post: Free on orders over $100, or $15 for orders under $100. Expect delivery in 2-3 business days.
    • Team Global Express: $25 flat rate for overnight shipping if ordered before 12pm AWST Mon-Thurs. If ordered after 12pm we cannot guarantee it will arrive to you next day. Please Note: Team Global Express does not deliver on Saturday's - if you order on a Friday your parcel will be delivered to you on Monday.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: Perlu Boutique is unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged once they have left our HQ.


  • Shipping Costs:
    • Free NZ International Express Shipping: Orders over $350 (5-7 business days)
    • $25 NZ - Standard Shipping with tracking + sign on delivery, 10-15 business days.
    • $39 NZ - International Express Shipping with tracking + sign on delivery, 5-7 business days.
    • $35 International Flat Rate Standard, 8 to 15 days.
    • $45 International Flat Rate Express, 6 to 15 days.
  • Delivery Time: Allow up to 15 days for delivery as advised by Australia Post and USPS.
  • Returns and Exchanges: Strictly NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on all International Orders.
  • Perfumes & Fragile Items: Due to Dangerous Goods Policies, we are unable to ship perfumes and fragile items internationally.

Australia Post -


Perlu Boutique is unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged via Australia Post or all other courier services once they have left our HQ. An enquiry will need to be lodged with the courier company if this is the case. If an item is tracked as "Delivered" we will not accept responsibility if you cannot locate the parcel. Please select "Sign on Delivery" if needed.

Please ensure delivery details are correct as once it leaves our facility we are unable to intercept it.
