Delivery in Australia
COVID-19 DELIVERY UPDATE: Due to the covid-19 crisis please appreciate that Australia Post is working as hard as possible to deliver all parcels in a safe matter but there are and will be delays. Click here for more information.
- Orders over $150 are sent via Express Australia Post services. Orders under $150 are sent via Australia Post Standard Registered Post unless express is purchased and sent from Leederville, Perth Western Australia.
- Regular and Express do not require sign on delivery. If you would like your package to be signed for please select this option at checkout and leave any specific notes in checkout comments.
- We endeavour to post out all orders on the same day. Perlu orders placed before 2pm ( Australian Western Standard time - Time zone in Perth, WA GMT + 8 ) on a business day will be sent out same day and orders after 2pm will be sent out the following business day. Once your package has been sent you will receive a tracking number and details via email. Although Australia Post states 5 -7 business days for Regular Post service, parcels can be delayed due to matters out of our control.
- Perlu Boutique is unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged via Australia Post or all other courier services once they have left our HQ. An enquiry will need to be lodged with the courier company if this is the case. If an item is tracked as "Delivered" we will not accept responsibility if you cannot locate the parcel. Please select "Sign on Delivery" if needed.
- For orders placed in Metro areas, please allow up to 5 - 8 business days.
- For orders placed in Rural areas, please allow up to 7 - 10 business days.
- We use Australia Post service, with deliveries occurring between 9am – 5pm Monday through to Friday only. We do not post on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Please note each order is subject to product availability and that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Please ensure delivery details are correct as once it leaves our facility we are unable to intercept it.
Regular Parcel Post
$10 on all orders - 5 to 10 business days
Express Parcel Post
$13.95 for Express Postage + Tracking, $15 for Express Postage + Tracking with Sign on Delivery or FREE on orders over $150 - 2 to 5 business days
In rare circumstances, technical discrepancies occur within the online store. In the case a sold out item is purchased or item is not available, you will be notified via email as soon as the issue is brought to our attention and a refund will be issued within 24 - 48 hours. If an incorrect item is sent out, we require the incorrect item back to our HQ before sending the replacement. In this instance, shipping costs paid by the customer will be re-imbursed.
As of the 15th of May 2020, during the COVID-19 crisis we are no longer delivering internationally with the exception of New Zealand.
$25 - New Zealand - with tracking and sign on delivery 7 to 14 business days
Any orders posted prior to this cut off - Please allow up to 16 weeks for delivery as advised by Australia Post and USPS. We are unable to refund once orders have been dispatched. Strictly NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on all International Orders. Please do not request exceptions as they will not be fulfilled. All items are carefully quality checked upon dispatch.
