Perlu Boutique is unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged via Australia Post or all other courier services once they have left our HQ. An enquiry will need to be lodged with the courier company if this is the case. If an item is tracked as "Delivered" we will not accept responsibility if you cannot locate the parcel. Please select "Sign on Delivery" if needed.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Perlu Boutique is not liable for any delays, fees, or seizures caused by customs processes. We encourage all international customers to be aware of their local import regulations before completing a purchase.
