Full Time Sales Stylist

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in a fast paced boutique for someone fashion-focused and energetic:
- Fashion retail experience is a must with preferably 1 year minimum
- Must be available to work an occasional Saturday or Sunday
- Must be available to work peak November and December, Christmas sales period. Block out periods apply to this role.

Job Description - The Successful Candidate Will Be Required To:
- Offer genuine customer service and styling
- Handle customer inquiries in-store and online
- Achieve store KPI's and sales targets
- Ensure everyday operations run smoothly
- Receive and manage stock levels
- Liaise with brands for orders
- Work collaboratively with immediate team members to ensure a smooth operation of receiving stock / dispatching online orders
- Have a keen eye for detail for visual merchandising
- Achieve and plan targets with growth
- Assist in content creation for social media / marketing usage
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Experience in the fashion retail industry is a must
- An understanding of genuine customer care experience
- A love for fashion and styling for a wide demographic of clientele
- An interest for Australian fashion labels and industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal, written and analytical
- Results oriented with an ability to work cross-functionally with other teams in the business
- A positive can-do attitude with a desire to excel and achieve in your role
- A love for our brand and desire to be a brand ambassador
