Perlu boutique houses premium Australian designer brands, with our flagship-store based in Leederville and a high-growth online store which operates from the same premises.

To join our team in a fast paced boutique, we are seeking a highly organised and energetic individual with ecommerce experience preferred to oversee and support the facilitation of marketing calendar, google ads, creative shoots through to maintaining website. Must have a minimum of 1 year E-commerce and Shopify experience.

Available 5 days a week Monday to Friday for an immediate start. Must be fully available to work December, Christmas sales period. Seeking Full Time candidates to work in store only ( Remote applicants need not apply)

Job Description - The Successful Candidate Will Be Required To:

  • Manage our online store - Uploading of new products and ensure the categorisation, imagery, copy, pricing and promotional tags are accurate and meet internal guidelines
  • Manage and oversee ad spend on Facebook, campaigns and other channels.
  • Oversee and collate marketing promotions
  • Review and upkeep campaign metrics
  • Review categories, sub-categories, brands and collections to ensure accuracy, weekly merchandising of website
  • Review photos and online content to ensure it is always to the highest standard - high attention to detail
  • Assist with Shopify and Social Media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok
  • Oversee everyday operations of all facets of e-commerce channels including responding to online enquiries
  • Online customer service - assist with feedback and driving actions to maintain a tight client profile
  • Maintain and oversee our loyalty program
  • Create all new campaign assets such as homepage banners, category banners, email signatures
  • Work collaboratively with immediate team members to ensure a smooth operation of receiving stock / dispatching online orders
  • Curate and merchandise products and collections to support marketing activities or in line with digital marketing recommendations & reports
  • Achieve and plan online targets with growth
  • Review and update relevant website content as needed
  • Assist in content creation and styling for social media / marketing usage, weekly EDMs

 To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Experience in the retail industry is highly preferred
  • Shopify or online platform experience is a must - preferably minimum 1 year experience. ( No experience need not apply)
  • Experience with Facebook ads, ad campaigns and viewing metrics / insights
  • Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing specifically with EDM and copywriting
  • Experience with social media content creation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal, written and analytical
  • Results oriented with an ability to work cross-functionally with other teams in the business
  • A positive can-do attitude with a desire to excel and achieve in your role
Commitment requirements:
  • available five days per week, including a rare Saturday during peak periods;
  • ability to commence within the next three to four weeks; and
  • available during peak sales periods, including Christmas, Black Friday, etc.
